Tracking

A drive did not appear

Check that Location is set to Always and Motion & Fitness is enabled in iOS Settings. If the trip is still missing, add it manually in OD Miles and email us with the date and route so we can investigate.

Trip review

Distance or address looks wrong

Open the trip detail page, edit the start or end address, and save. OD Miles can recalculate the route distance when enough address detail is available.

Reports

Export a mileage report

Go to Reports, choose the period, and export PDF or CSV. Exports include dates, distance, classification, value, notes, tolls, parking, and other trip costs.

Billing

Manage or cancel Pro

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel from iOS Settings, your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. OD Miles cannot see or change your Apple payment method.

Account

Restore trips on a new phone

Sign in with the same email address you used before. If your trips do not restore after a few minutes on Wi-Fi, email support and include the sign-in email you used.

Data

Delete account data

Open OD Miles Settings, choose Account & Sync, then Delete Account. You can also email support@odmiles.com from the email linked to your account if you need help.
